Weather: high 70's humid, storm just blew through

Comments:
Ran the mile warm up to Krogers to drop off a redbox. First 1 minute interval was rough, over 6 minute mile pace. After that intervals came easier. Did hard/easy intervals of 1/2, 2/2, 3/2, 1/1, 2/2, 3/3 followed by mile cool down. Kept pace around 5:20-5:40. Felt like I was cruising tonight, not a bad run. Legs felt good after the warm up and 1st interval. Middle 3 miles under 6 minutes.
