Plantations - BIG hill

Attendance: Jake, Me, Hunter, Ian, Matt Lin, Noah, Tristan, Soren, Ronan, Silas and Kevin Cheung
Easy run to the plantations, out to the plantations, going out to Mt. Pleasant and then back down and onto the plantation trails. Some people (Hunter) were complaining that the runs were too frequently on the roads even though half the run was on the trail, but I will try to improve for the future.
The actual workout seemed really good all around. All the boys seemed to be really pushing themselves up and then over the hill. Unfortunately some people weren't feeling so good afterwards, so we just headed straight back very easily.
Kevin Cheung came today pretty much on accident. He was able to keep up with the group, though seemed very tired, and did 7 out of 8 of the hills with us. I really wish he would join XC but after talking with him for a while he was pretty dead set to not.
After the run we did drills and abs, and I got the whole team together, boys and girls, for a quick name game since I realized there were incoming girls that I didn't know.
