1 set of dumbbell bench press, single arm, 15 lbs.
1 set of ball leg curls, 10 reps.
4 sets of 10 second chin holds
1 set of heel raises w/ 15 lb. weight (straight and bent knee)
1 set of band around knee, weights on arm squats (15 lbs., 10 reps)
