Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I started out slower than usual just because I hadn't run in a while and was feeling really tight. My legs bothered me the first 4 miles and all through the hills. Very thankful for Sydney to remind me that I'll feel uncomfortable but to build up a tolerance. The last 3 miles felt much better even though all the girls including myself seemed to be extremely dehydrated. Zoe, Lizzy, Amy, Coach, and Liam went a different route back to the track and the rest of us (10ish girls) went a different way, not really sure why because I think ours ended up being longer. Morgan felt very sick and left early before the workout.
