Weather: Humid, sunrise

Comments:
Midweek "long" run. Quite a hilly course. Surprised to be so much off my usual pace. I find I really ease up on the hills to conserve energy. Not a lot of "bounce in my step." Possibly this is because of the increase in mileage, maybe just a today thing. Should know by Saturday's 10 miler.
