I'm back at it, for one more high-mileage week before a mellow one that overlaps with the departure for Iceland. Having to run 65 miles in Rehoboth will test my resolve in an unprecedented way. I'm considering doing most or all of my runs in Cape Henlopen State Park, because of the softer, cinder surface. Today felt okay, despite a bit of mental weakness in the second half, pretending I was more tired than I was. Drills, eight striders, around 75m each.
