piggybacked on to Rhianna and Isabel's (welcome home!!) run after our 2am fall through. I met them halfway between their houses, which was about 2 minutes away for them, but 9 minutes for me. We started out on Rhianna's hilly 4 mile loop, and ran into Abby, so she joined us. We thought we saw Anthony at one point, so we yelled his name, but it wasn't him.
I was very asthmatic throughout the run, and luckily there were a couple convenient stops for me to catch my breath in the first half (meeting up with people, finding abby) but it was clear that this wasn't sustainable. I actually felt pretty good beyond the breathing. But we ended up right near my house, so I figured it was maybe time for me to peel off and head home. I probably woulda had to do that at some point anyways, because I was 8 minutes ahead of them in time and was going to need another 10 to get home from the end of the loop, but ideally it would've been a little later. Anyways, I was glad I peeled off when I did, because I was very very done by the time I reached my house. I wish this that my runs had been longer in general this week, but its probably not such a bad thing to have an easier week. For strength I did STA leg day stuff.
