First Senior led practice was a tad disorganized! after some debate, we settled on heading towards the firehouse. Up until the firehouse I was with Ana, and then we joined Rhianna and Abby to go loop on the capital crescent trail (only my 2nd time ever running on it.) While on there, we ran into Julia Smith, so she joined us for the middle of our run! I fell behind a few times, at first just because of general fatigue and muscle tiredness, but then later on because of asthma, which got progressively worse and worse. I tried to get Abby, Rhianna, and Ana to not wait for me, but like the nice people that they are, they stayed with me as I trudged along. Them waiting makes me feel guilty though. Eventually, we had been out so long that Tristan and Zeke drove out to look for us. (the elapsed time was so long partially because of figuring out things at the firehouse, stopping for the bathroom, and also me not being able to breathe.) I wanted to keep going and finish up the run, but with 5 voices telling me to get in the car, I relented. By that point I wasn't even feeling that bad, because we had slowed down a lot. So anyways, that was kind of frustrating that I didn't even get to finish. I've found also that when I can't breathe very well, everything else just feels more tired. Like my muscles feel way more fatigued and everything feels heavy. Maybe that has something to do with not getting enough oxygen to your muscles?
