Today was a slog. I always regret wearing my Nikes on runs any longer than an hour because it just makes my quads so sore. That persisted today and while at the beginning of the run I was considering doing the 4x3:45 workout, I soon knew that was not in the cards. But with the high target for this week, I wouldn't let myself run any less than an hour. 10 minutes of strength work:
100 crunches, 25 P. Silverman, 25 clams, pushup progression with four of each, 1:11 prone plank, without stopping.
