Exercise Type: Run
Weather: hot.
Comments:
This run was okay, I guess. I used Jessica's watch and ran with her, Meghan and Molly. We went out 5 minutes slow, then picked up the pace for 9 minutes. Then we ran back hard for 11 minutes and ran even faster for the last 40 seconds. Then we jogged back.
I felt crappy at first since it was hot and I wasn't looking foward to speeding up. But once I got used to the pace I got settled in and felt good.
