Exercise Type: Run
Weather: a little hot
Comments:
I really just wanted to sleep this morning but I dragged my butt out of bed anyways.
I felt tired during the warm up run and I was nervous for the hill workout.
On the first set I was trying really hard to save my energy since last time I used it all on the first one. So I took it relativley easy.
The second set I took it at the same pace but I was starting to feel fatigued running all the way up to the parking area.
I really didn't want to do a third one but I did because that's the one that I was saving my energy for. So I took it medium the went faster than I normally had been on the 3rd time up.
And I thought I was done. But then when I sat for a few minutes I started wanting to do a 4th one since most of the girls were.
But I didn't. So I guess I will tomorrow.
