Long-ish Training Run

Weather: hot and humid even once the sun went down

Comments:
Waited until around 7pm to run because it was a HOT and humid day out and I wanted to run a good 80-90 minutes. But it was still very warm when I ran and I feel like I was maybe a little dehydrated. Basically, it felt very long lol. At 38 minutes I stopped home quick and drank a glass of good old H2O... ran from sh home...did a loop in the hs woods first then ran to Mount Holyoke and did a loop there and came back home. Ran 1:24 total...guessing it was between 9 and 10 miles...
