Weather: high 70's, very humid

Comments:
Didn't feel like I had it today. Maybe humidity had small part in it but mostly felt tired from body weight exercise yesterday and long run day before. Tried for a 5 mile tempo but ended up doing 4, rested 2 minutes after third uptempo mile. Mile times: warm up 6:31, tempo 5:35, 5:55, 5:15, rest, 5:33, cool down 6:13 and 6:42.
