Comments:
Best long run of the summer I actually felt really strong the last 3-4 miles and picked it up which is a little different from the wanting to die the last few miles which normally happens on longruns. I think the best long run yet was a product of the nice weather, taking the first few miles a little more relaxed than I normally do, and being more adjusted to the higher mileage.
