Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran about a mile through the city to get to Central Park. Did the tempo part of the run at the park and then ran a mile back to a resteraunt for breakfast. Today I also shopped for 5 hours and biked for 2 so my feet and legs ache. Good thing we have an off day tomorrow.
