I'm never sure whether to log things at like 5 or 6 as evening or night. I feel like there should be an evening setting for running-log It's neither afternoon nor night. But oh well.
I'd been having a bit of pain while running and walking yesterday in what feels like the hip flexor and also some equivalent muscle in the back. I'm sure it's nothing, but why push it. So I ellipticalled for 40 minutes, though maybe not super intensely, as I was also reading for half of it, till I finished my book. For strength I did the first 2 parts of crunch progression and 2 sets of push up progression (3 each!) and then realized that I was really late, so I stopped there.
