Comments:
I decided to take yesterday off because I was feeling so badly the day before and realized I had done 28 days without an off day. I Did 10 miles to get up to 55 for the week. I Was hoping to get to 60 for the week but would rather do 55 all at a good solid pace and not feel exhausted coming into the preseason. Looking forward to next week to see where I am at.
