this workout was also hell.
not that i did much
but i think it was hell knowing i couldnt do anything.
it was verrry annoying.
I feel like a slacker
my body is slacking,i dont know why but its making my mind slack
It doesnt help that ive been getting like 5 hours of sleep every night.
Im gonna be better next week

and i really hate the feeling of wanting to puke during running..that sucked.
when it makess you stop, its just dumb.
I really didnt want to go back to the school, yet I wanted to because of my slacking body.
But thanks coach for making me go back.
I actually was very close to puking at the school, i managed to get inside first and cool myself down.
