Good run. It was pretty far, but I don't know exactly how far (so I just said 4). I worked on making my feet quieter, and it definitely makes a difference. My knees don't hurt at all anymore... they used to hurt just a little bit.
Ice bath felt amazing. I just wish I had gone deeper so my thighs would've gotten it too...
