Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So my back has been bad since I ran the 5k. I don't think its related as I did not push myself at all during the race, but I didn't do a good job of balancing longer and shorter runs and that may be it. I took a few days off after the 5k and then started running again in Victoria. My runs in Victoria were longer but I was tourist running and you can't tourist run in under 25 minutes and they were great runs. We're only in Port McNeill for a day and then we are going out on my aunts boat and then we are going to be on an island kayaking all day so I'm not going to be able to run for the next few days. I still needed to keep this run short and I finally did. Yay! Port McNeill is an interesting Port Town but there's not a lot going on so it was easy not adding on.
