Comments:
only either me or ana could go to practice today because one of us had to be home with our younger cousin, who's visiting, and after some discussion, I eventually let her go, being the kind sister that I am. So I ran on my own just making random turns as I went. It was nice to not have a loop in mind, because I wasn't thinking about how far I had to go. when I got back I did planks, crunch progression and 2 sets of push-up progression (3) while watching scooby doo with my cousin. I didn't know that scooby talked. you learn something new every day I guess.
