I hate trying to come up with titles for cross training.
Weird upper thigh thing was still hurting, so I took another x-train day. I think it's getting better, but it can't hurt to be careful. (im a mature senior now :) ) So I just biked for 40 minutes while watching chuck, a show that rhianna introduced me to, so that helped pass the time. Will add strength later
