foothills loop. wanted to run two loops but my legs are so fatigued right now this loop was incredibly difficult. it probably has to do with that I haven't worked for keith in a week and as a result I've been eating far less calories and far less sugars. maybe I need to go get a soda so my legs will come back. right ankle was very tender going into this run. maybe I'll go buy some mcdonalds
