Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Attendance was: Me, Kieran, Matt L, Noah M, Ian, Silas, Tristan, Hunter, Soren, Ronan, Kevin Chung although he told me he wasn't gonna do cross, but he looked great in the workout and did the whole run. Also Eric and Lucas biked along side is for part of the run. Today was just not my day I ate way to much then I didn't drink enough water because I was stuffed and didn't want to get more stuffed. The first part of the run was through gamefarm then back after turkey hill and we went through the trails in Ellis hollow to get to the plantations. We kept the pace easy but I started feeling terrible near the end of this part in the trails. My stomach was just killing me and I felt heavy. I was up front for the first part then slipped to the back at the end. When we started the workout I just felt terrible. But I didn't want to let the team down and just give up so I just made sure I have everything I had and pushed up the hill each time. Everyone just went together as one pack until the last few reps. After every rep I had to stop and try not to throw up. I was still in the front of each rep but I was just out of it. I felt like I was gonna pass out. The last reps hurt the most. I managed to get through the entire thing but I just wanted the run to be over with, I wanted to head straight back but I also wanted to finish the run off with the rest of the guys so I took the long way back with them. Drills and only two strides because they hurt my stomach. Today was just one of those off days I just have to forget and I hope tomorrow run will be better. Each rep was about 125 meters or so each so I just added each rep together to get 1000 meters. *the 1000 at the bottom is the recovery after each rep back down the hill.*
