Comments:
Attendance was about the same as usual. We started out our typical route, 366 then Freese Trails. I felt incredible and strong and Ingrid, Grace, and I kept a strong pack about 20 ft behind the top girls. We were running 8:30 pace about. Hills always hurt the most so even though I felt strong it started to feel like I was just dragging a bag of bricks behind me. I then felt really light headed and went right back to the track, finishing on the track.
