maple garland loop. call it a mcdonalds miracle, have virtually only eaten mcdonalds since my run yesterday, my legs aren't back to 100% yet but there was a major difference over yesterday it terms of energy, they were definitely lacking fuel. mostly a comfortable pace, made a little push in the end for a PR but it was just a little bit out of reach. beat goal pace. 150 lbs
