Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 63 degrees (and increasing). Very humid. No breeze.
Comments:
Felt super tired and heavy again. My whole thought during the run was to just keep going, don't stop, and stay relaxed. I maybe went a little slow -- could have pushed a little more -- but after the 2 quick runs with little rest I needed a recovery day.
