Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I didn't expect these hills to be as hard as they were! Running the final stretch on the crest of the hill is definately the hardest part! It felt like I was being pulled back when I was trying to run. On the final stretch of my second hill, I was feeling pretty tired.
I felt a little bit pathetic for only doing two, but considering I'll be running one more every day, I suppose two is an okay place to start.
