Comments:
Warmed up and did 15 hard segments ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minnutes.I felt really tired for most of the workout probably due to my mileage increase and lack of sleep. Hopefully dropping mileage next week will increase my "pep". Cooled down for a couple miles afterwards and did abs, push-ups and streached.
