Comments:
Warm up and lifting felt good, especially because I've been lifting on my own all summer so I feel pretty strong. Remington seemed like a good idea but my legs felt worse than they have in months. The entire team got really spread out and Brittney and I ran together. The first 3 miles were awful and I got really close to running back to the high school and cross training. However my legs always feel better later in the run (probably cause they're numb) so I just pushed myself to keep going. On our way back down Aurora St we ran into Grace and Emma so then we ran back with them as well.
