Comments:
another easy 10k,that should be my main target goal for the next week is 10k and then add a couple miles to it a run or two the next week. I only got a few weeks left and I am going to have to get at least 2 16-18 mile runs in. I think early September should be my first attempt at a 10miler and then two weeks later try a 14 milers. Its going to be tough, I AM NOT PREPARED!!
