Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had family stuff all day, and because I was foolish enough to sleep in, I had to run after it was all over. I got out at around 8:30, and the streets were surprisingly busy. It was really cool and nice out--a refreshing change from yesterday. I didn't want to go to long today, but I ended up going a bit too fast, probably because I never got a chance to get into a rhythm (thanks to the stoplights, I never had more than five minutes of continuous running). I kind of started to expect the breaks, so I pushed myself a bit harder on the hills and some stretches, knowing that I would get a break soon enough. Not a great steady run, but decent training. While the pace was fast, it never felt out of hand, which I made sure of.
