Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
we did a long version of the warmup loop. probably 20 minutes? then we went over the normal drills and stretches. again, proving that im an idiot, i slammed down my left leg on one of the skips and messed up my knee even more, so i only did 6 strides instead of the 10 i shouldve done. im trying to take it easier on my knee so i can do my best at my first meet!
