oh man. i had to be at work by 5 tonight so this didnt really do anything for me. took 4 minutes to jog to the park. did about 8 minutes of drills and had to jog back to the car so i could be at work on time. woo. i missed out on the tempo workout, but i heard it was tough. oh well, maybe next time. haha. but on the bright side, i wasnt late for work!
