Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i finally got to go to morning practice! this was a challenging workout but i really liked it! jessica and i stayed together, as usual, and we were like a minute faster the second time which felt great! i noticed that its way easier to run on your toes uphill and then take longer strides heel-toe downhill. at least that worked out for me. 3 tomorrow!
