Went up to the gym in my grandparents' apartment building; my cousin and I wanted to train together, but he was worried about not feeling good and getting stranded/ending my run if we were to go to central park, so we decided to go on the treadmills. All but one was occupied, so we decided that one would run and one would cross train, then we would switch halfway through. We didn't want to risk waiting for another treadmill to open up. He ran for two miles while I biked, but then his knees started hurting so he cross trained and I hopped onto the treadmill. Got a nice, short bike ride in. I won't count it as a warmup because I was breathing pretty hard (contrary to the pace, my legs were moving very quickly--For some reason, the stationary bike calculated speed based on resistance like a real bike).
