Tennis and a slow jog

Weather: A Little Muggy and sunny, 70s

Comments:
woke at 6:30 after not much sleep and drove four fast hours back to Hyannis. Caught a ferry to Nantucket and decided to stay till Monday morning rather than drive to NYC tonight. While I struggle to go up and down stairs or to walk after sitting or driving, I couldn't resist Jonny'soffer of tennis. We played a good set in the wind. He came back from 5-3 to beat me 8 games to 6. Happy with how I played. I loosened up nicely, but the lower legs, especially the stability tendons were in terrible shape for the next few days as well as the quads, glutes, etc from the race.

After tennis I hobbled in the water for awhile with Anna and then joined JB, Jim and his son in law for the first 3.25 miles of Dad's loop at 11:40 pace. Figured it might help with soreness.
