Did 6x800+2x200. 800 splits were 2:39, 2:46, 2:43, 2:45, 2:44, 2:46. Rest was equal time. I felt pretty relaxed the whole time, and I didn't feel them until about the fifth one. 200s were 34 and 35. Little quick, but still felt good. Did about a two mile cooldown afterwards.
