Comments:
I was not mentally into this workout. I resisted pace changes and did not push the hard segments enough. I didn't die and beyond having tired legs felt good. This was in the same mold as the time trial. I just sort of did it. Nothing more, nothing less. The only thing I did well was lead my 3:00 segment successfully dropping everyone.
