Weather: Very humid, mostly dark
Comments:
End of a long day. Got my run before returning home. Tried a bit of speed work: the usual three mile run with about 5 200m sprints thrown in followed by some jogging. Very tired on the back half. Didn't eat much today, maybe that accounts for the lack of energy.
