Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tow path - coach wanted everyone to try for 6:30 pace (26:00), I wasn't too sure I was ready for that so I signed up for 6:45 (27:00). In reality I was just planning to try for around 28, not sure how things would go. We started off a little quick but I was in the back pack, around 15th place. My breathing was fine but my legs felt dead. I ran with the pack for the first 1.5 but then we kind of spread out and I was alone. I need to work on pack running, I like being alone too much. I fell off pretty hard and was around 17 or 18th. My third mile was super slow so I was mad at myself and picked it up, finishing 14th (that was the goal - Calvin). 6:40, 7:00, 7:20, 6:40 That was ridiculous and I need to work on evening those splits out. 27:40 overall. Happy with that
