Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt pretty bad. Bloated and heavy at first. The bottoms of me feet hurt. Right shin hurt. The last mile or mile and a half my left calf was super sore every time i planted it like it was going to cramp bad or give out. Cut the run a tad shorter because of that. The pace felt slow to relaxed, a couple times I found a groove but not for most of it. Mostly I gutted it out to get the miles in, especially after taking yesterday off.
