"...and he is me"

July 5, 2008 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Hot and Humid

Comments:
Woke up early in the morning since I was going to be at ATA (see previous log) all day. Since I was in Edison, I just ran down Wood Ave and on to Oak Tree. Today was all roads and a bit of grass if the sidewalk kinda counts. I felt fine like always, since my second week of training is coming to an end I took the opportunity to take it easy around 7:10 to 7:15 pace. From next week which will be around 45 miles, I'm going to incorporate my long run in and as well as a tempo run. I'm going to add striders next week. Below is an amazing quote. I think to be successful confidence within yourself is very important. When your in a race it is important to realize that all the work you put in, all the workouts and runs you put in only count now, this second in this moment. You are only your hero, only you can do what you do and no one else can.
