Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
The basic ab workout, push ups that I do every day. I got on those dumbells and did all the exercises to keep my upper body strong. Since I am vegetarian it is difficult for me to gain any robust strength that any other non-veg person might have but I'm keeping my self in the best shape possible. Did some Tim Broe exercises and the usual supermans, quad exercises, knee lifts and all those leg exercises.
