Comments:
10 minutes at 8.0 and then built up gradually. At 15 minutes, was at 9.2.Bumped up to 9.4 at 20 min and 9.6 at 25 min. Total 5K time was 19:39. Walked to a different treadmill and cooled down at 8:30 pace for 2 miles for a total of 6 miles.
