15 Minute Tempo

Attendance: Jake, Neil, Ian, Silas, Hunter, Me, Cole, Simon, Scott, Tommy C, Darren, Chester, Walter, and Simon.

Pretty easy run out and back. Stayed with the main people in my group as well as Tommy and Scott. The tempo felt really good. I felt better at the beginning of the tempo than on the run out. I think it was more of a mental issue. I just told myself I was ready to work, and so I started to work. The first 10 minutes we did as a good group, and I started pushing myself after right near the end of the black diamond trail. It hurt but I still felt pretty decent so I tried to just keep going.

I finished with hurdles and abs. It was hard to actually get the other boys motivated enough to do the hurdles, but they all ended up doing the exercises.
