Very nice easy pace for the whole time. I stayed up with the front group and just chatted. We always go a little harder up the hills and crest. I´ve heard this is good a lot, but Ian also talked about how it might not be because it´s almost like an unnecessary workout.

Lifting was good. Ian and I put on even more weight so it´s really challenging now. The second set of ten is quite hard. We finished with drills and strides but sort of skimped on foot drills because we went right into abs. Coach Liam lead them and we went really quickly and worked really hard. I am a little questioning of Neil´s watch, because I mapped it and got a tiny bit over 6 miles, but his watch only put us at 5.6. Not that big of a deal, but a noticeable difference. Mapping isn't the most accurate either, so the watch could be very accurate.
