Weather: sunny, light smoke, very warm, 98, 5pm

Comments:
riverfront park loop. right lower quad/high knee was incredibly weak from monday's run, I tweaked it somehow, but it was hard to walk, let alone run, literally ran the entire way witha limp. however I ran in this time was incredible, ran using glutes far more to avoid putting weight on right knee area, went out a little fast, was pretty tired towards end
