Exercise Type: Run

Weather: A little wet but it was nice

Comments:
2 mile warm up, then 20x100 relay style in two sets of 10. Lots of fun, possibly my favorite workout yet. First set was relaxed, worked it with pitsenberger and kept it a little bit ahead of him for most of them. Second set my team started sucking ballz and i had to work more on catching michael. Last 3-4 were very painful. 3.5 mile cooldown
