Ithaca College Time Trial

I can't remember the last time I felt this awful (maybe this same time trial last year)...Last night I was at work really late so I ended up eating a little but of pasta around 11:30pm which didn't help my stomach at all this morning. The warm up was decent but not the best. My legs felt super heavy and tight. As soon as the race started everything went downhill, not literally. After the first 500 meters my feet were already completely numb and I started to get nervous which really messed up my breathing. Ingrid and Brittney and I kept a really solid pack the first mile and I kept going despite my breathing. Once mile 2 hit both my upper and lower legs were so tight and I felt like I was dragging them. I stopped for about 20 seconds and then just kind of did the best I could the rest of the race. The last 200 was great though.
I'm more pissed off and angry than anything else, very frustrated with my legs.
